@[G.E.W.P.] Chemoeum, I think at first, Raffles were organized on TF2R.com, but later on, I think, In October 2014 or October 2015, Scrap.tf started to host it's own raffles.

I hope that I get this right.... I all of this info by looing at the website using Wayback Machine [P] Means my event. 2012 [P]Early 2012 I started playing TF2 Nov-Dec Scrap.tf was created in late 2012 by Jessecar96 (Jesse Cardone) and Geel9 (Joshua Coffey). To be exact, November 2012. The main features included Scrap banking and reverse banking. It also used to have welcome message. It read; " Scrap.tf is a site where you can fast and easily get the weapons or metal you want in TF2. This site is powered by multiple bots that help you trade. The bots both scrap bank and reverse bank. You probably never heard of reverse scrap banking. This means you pick 2 weapons from out bots' inventories and pay them 1 scrap for both " 2013 Jan Welcome message was replaced by a list of bots and a short description of the website. The first bots included, Little Scrappy, A Scrapademic, Full of Scrap, Scrapton Hale, AppleScrap, Scrapta Claus, Soulbot, Penultiscrap, and Scraponomy Crasher. It also had links to some now non-existant websites like, shop.hexide.com (Hexide Shop) (it was created by a creater of TF2R.com, which I thin still works), and many more. Feb A news section was created. Mar Added Bot Status icon. Apr MAJOR UPDATE! New background and UI! Also, Chat was created, and Jesse changed his avatar to animated one. Also, key, hat, and item banking was added. May-Jun MAJOR UPDATE! New UI! Bot status was relaced by category icon and invetory; bot list was still there though. Jesse changed his avatar to engineer avatar. Jul On 1/7/2013, 2:17AM, All Bots went offline. Scrap.tf Died for couple hours. Aug-Sep Categroy icons were deleted. -----Time Boundry----- Oct-Jan MAJOR UPDATE! New ui! Yay! Now, we are in modern times. Also, partner website buttons were deleted. Also, bot status thingy is back! 2014! Feb-Jun New icons! Jun-Dec UI was once again updated. Now, It more or less looks like a modern UI. Dec Christmass spirit! A video link was added. 2015: Feb No more christmass spirit D: Mar-Oct You could buy emoticons for steam. Also, "Recently banked Items" list was replaced by raffe list. Oct. Now, There was a status thingy for steam. Halloween event. Dec Christmass event [P]Dec. 31 2015 I joined scrap.tf 2016 Jan-Mar No christmas spirit 3: Wind of change: No actuion button. Mar Some wierd raffle winner name/icon censorship. To Be continued.
