I want to have an unusual hat for every class and I figured that getting a all class one will be cheaper than getting 9 different ones. And here is my question. What is cheapest all class unusual hat. It doesn't matter what hat it is and what unusual effect it has ( excluding these 2 effects ( which names I have forgotten): one with screws and other black stuff flying in circles around the hat and one with map stamps falling around.)
