Sorry for bothering you but a short while ago I purchased a hat from a bot the hat costs 1 Key and some change. The Bot sent me the offer but left out the Key, so I massively underpaid for the item. Basically i owe yall 1 key and I have no idea on how to get that to yall. If you could let me know what to do or whom I need to forward this to that would be great. Thanks.

Well, if you weren't charged for the key you owe, you might as well use that key and donate it to Scrap.TF's donate bot, as I'm pretty sure there's no other way, as if you were to buy that hat again, and try and change the trade offer to include another key (meaning, you'd be sending 2 keys instead of 1 for the same hat again), the bot won't accept it (I may be wrong here, as I've never attempted this, but nonetheless).
