No idea what your case is with what happened, but from what I read is that they are banned for 1 week

Must go on device to deactivate, you can use multiple devices as long as you have the confirmation code to long on, and you can transfer. HOWEVER DO NOT TAKE MY WORD, go research just to make sure.
