correction, scrap.tf says it will buy it for ~23 refined. not even close to what an instant buy order would be on the marketplace.

So I'm looking to cash out on some of my items since I hardly play tf2 nowadays, does anyone know what the value of a strange festivized specialized killstreak grenade launcher would go for? Scrap.tf sell bot says about ~30 refined, which totals up to about half a key or 1.25 usd considering current rates. But steam marketplace is selling them for at least 5.50 usd, any tips on the actual value?

they are worth 24.55 ref a regular key is worth 33.88-34.11 ref so they are about 14 ref less then a regualr key
