So, I won the big background raffle 8 days ago, got online today, tried to claim my item, and it says "some items seems to be missing, please contact support" Now the max time until you claim an item is 14 days, and the raffle ended 8 days ago, and I don't know how to contact support, also it says live support is off... So please answer fast before the amount of days I can wait untill claiming will pass and I'll loose the item
