my feelings.

This has been happening for about two months now, and it's been getting worse and worse. I really don't have the money to fork out to get it checked up on (That and if I tried getting my parents to pay for it my dad would call it a 'waste of time') Been having these type of issues as shown below: Red and green flickers on screen in dark areas of games like Bioshock Remastered, 'spiky' textures. We've tried doing a clean restart of the computer, reinstalling graphics drivers, fiddling around with its settings, reseating it, cleaning the computer. Nothing works. Specs are: Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 Intel i7-4790K Processor 16gb Ram Naturally, this isn't my own PC, this was my sisters before she moved.
