Now I'm going to have to argue the contrary. But first I'm going to agree with you when I joined there were a few individuals that were basically dickheads(not an understatement) but they have left now. The only "controversial one left" is the one who will not be named. But the point I'm trying to make isn't about the banned. I didn't even exist when the whole thing happened on scrap, but I am here now lol. But the point I'm making that it's wrong to accuse these people and basically mindlessly antagonize them for just being there. That screenshot from the server was probably two years old and it was clearly a joke, but now a bunch of people are convinced that the server is a hate group. The thing about of the scrap community is that a lot of them are kids (don't actually know just a presumption) and they are going to believe whatever Jesse says. But the truth is here I'll quote the one who shall not be named "This server is not a hate group, at the absolute worst it was a "small group of people within the server kinda pissed off at being banned unfairly years ago but have mostly let it go ever since" group". I just think it's wrong to label these people as the "villains of scrap" and that there are some mastermind evil that hate scrap. And yeah I do believe it was fair to ban him because I saw what he said and that was some really nasty stuff he said. But he shouldn't still be getting hate for what he said years ago is what I believe. Also I can't find any private information or photos leaked of anyone, no one from scrap or the server or at all. The only thing was the Rhode Island thing which they say is just a joke and there not planning to go guns blazing there any time soon. Edit & Tldr: Also I just want to clarify because that was kinda lengthy and all over the place. Basically no one hates Jesse or think he should die as Jesse has said to prove why Pillz was "spying" for him in the first place. And the names of the people in the server should've at least been blotted out like what Jesse did correctly for the one he posted on the forum because they were just joking and don't deserve to be villains in the minds of just a bunch of kids entering raffles and having fun like I used to do years ago. It just seems a little manipulative on Jesse's part in my opinion and he should've just sticked to proving the legitimacy about the accusations instead of attacking people who can't even defend themselves anymore since most of the names he showed were ones of already banned users

I'm going to have to disagree here. I will say that when I was an active raffler I was invited to [the one who must not be named]'s server and the scrap event discord. I left the scrap event discord a few months after I was in it because I did not get along with the owner at the time but I still am in the other server. Hopefully being in that discord server doesn't get me banned because I love being part of the scrap community and made some great friends on it. But, on the server I will agree to say that "homophobic" and "racist" discussions tend to pop up on our two "political channels", I have argued with [the one who must not be named] about some of the insensitive things he said, but that's his beliefs and I can't change that. But the rest of the server is just a bunch of other chill people I talk to and have fun with. Now the thing with Pillz, he's still in the server and was considered as "the rat" and I don't know why he hasn't gotten kicked from it. The screenshot you posted on your raffle, which was posted on the server for the few banned ones to see, was obviously a joke to them. It was not supposed to be a threat, but more I live nearby them kinda joke? It sounds strange when you try to put it in words but I do understand what they're getting it. I have not seen any threats against any Scraptf users on the server at all. It kinda seems like you want to antagonize the server, and pillz aswell. I'm not going to lie, you threw him under the bus but I do agree he seems to be a little clingy but it seems kind of manipulative of taking the screenshots and then leaving him alone to destroy his reputation on scrap to get banned later along. There have been no death threats or anyone who has a huge vendetta against you like you have said. I have been chatting with members of the server and none of them are acting like they hope this is scrap's demise. They instead told me that scrap "has seen worse days" and that seems kind of wholesome for those who got unfairly banned for trying to learn more about the controversy. Instead of making your community start to create a hate for a group of individuals that don't even hate the site, you should've just left it at answering the accusations. Trying to single these guys out is really fucked up thing to do, I would have never included the names of any specific individual except those who provoked the whole thing. But as the "greater hate group" has said scrap is going to be just fine at the end of the day.

Yeah I would understand why you would try to find those who used /vg/ to leak raffles, but did it really have to go straight to a perma ban? Like idk a lot of people must be dedicated or be involved within the community to do what with they were doing and being instantly perma banned seems a little harsh. They should've have gotten a community ban for a couple of weeks or something a little less strict than a perma ban because now they have vendettas against the site for being biased, well I would presume I haven't talked to anyone who did get banned by that raffle

Also I want to ask if those who mentioned footrest could get unbanned. I know a lot of people that got banned got just referencing on outside sources because they were scared of already getting banned for mentioning it. Since you already revealed it, I think it would make sense for those who got banned for mentioning footrest to just learn more. It's up to the staff anyways but I would recommended it.

I hope everything goes back to normal after these allegations blow away, but I do have to ask about the legitimacy of the claims about Pony+. I have seen some screenshots, none saved for obvious reasons, about it being the "tramp stamp" of scrap. I understand Luki's view of the story but I do want to know your personal opinion about it because even though I trust the site to be just a wacky fun site for tf2, but having private chatrooms and being a site with mostly minors does seem a little bit alarming to my mind. I don't know if the screenshots were legit but the person seems scared about talking about it, which I can sympathize because if the allegations happened to me I would be scared to talk about it because scrap is such a friendly community. Also you referenced Carbon's essay on feen but did not really talk about it. Honestly, I think Carbon did a great job on explaining his point of view and I agree with him that if any of these allegations are true (hopefully not) that we don't want to see anybody being sucked into this cycle. Hopefully you respond back against these allegations to finally end them and hopefully the community can move on from it. Hopefully everything goes back to normal, Pocket
