I'm not sure if this will help, but try verifying the game files. If you don't know how to do that you go to your game library in the Steam Client, then Right-Click on Team Fortress 2 and click Properties, Then In the new window that popped up press the local files tab, then press Verify Integrity of Game Files.

It seems after the move to F2P CD-Keys for CS:GO give you prime as if you owned the game when they made it F2P.
