I think he wants to know how you got the TF2 HUD, omdiodax, if you want that HUD, you can simply download via TF2Huds then move the folder you downloaded, into the following path, make sure you read what folder(s) you need to place in.
[Local Disk/Program Files(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Team Fortress 2/tf/custom
then put the HUD folder inside the custom folder. If there isn't a "custom" folder then just create a new folder, and name it "custom" in the "tf" folder. Once everything is sorted, enjoy your new HUD upon your next startup of TF2.
