It’s not completely their fault, it’s the fact that most of the refined are still in those bots when they should be moved off into some “spare storage” account. But they will most likely make a hole bunch of new hat bots to compensate for this issue. Don’t worry man, they will come back eventually, if this keeps on happening we may need to bug Jesse or another top ranking person to try to fix this. Just be patient, don’t worry I also want to trade for hats, but not in bulk, I don’t do that.
