I've earned some items from auctions that i've created a few days ago, but i can't withdraw them from site inventory since my phone's screen got cracked and it started to display less than half of the screen, therefore restricting me to access the mobile screen let alone confirming the trades in mobile authenticator.
I've always been on time to withdraw items from site inventory and this is my first time facing this situation. I'm wondering if my items will be acquirable once my situation gets sort out.
Unfortunately during this quarantine not many service centres are open and if there are its only up to 20 members per day, so i'm not sure when i will get it fixed.
I hope the moderators and geel himself would understand my situation and assist me.
