so, I keep getting winter cases and don't have the money or scrap for keys, so I figured I'd sell them here for a quick boost in stonks. but I saw that the site is overstocked with them, so I can't sell them. are they gonna be available to sell anytime soon?

I checked the home page and it said Trading is down, even though it was fine a few hours ago. later I see the homepage says steam is unstable and trading is down. anyone else getting this?
