Lots of people are setting up auctions where it's priced above bp.tf listings - I could buy an unusual for cheaper, quicker and not be fought over it. I think if we can search and/or filter auctions then the need to advertise will decrease - those selling unusuals don't have to compete with people auctioning unique weapons.
