Recently, I had to factory reset my phone as I was having issues, and it made me lose access to my steam guard. Now I've got a seven day wait period for trades. I knew this would be a problem if I was giving items, but apparently its the same for receiving as well. My question is would I be able to wait those 7 days to claim a winner raffle item, or would that item be re-raffled to another person?
