Idk either how tf happened to me, i where all the way until christmass checking that the items where deposited and selected correctly.

Hi, So recently started the secret santa event on scrap.tf and i can't join because i was banned in 2019 for really no reason at all. I gave the items i wanted to gift to the site, i deposited my items on site inventory and then selected them to be gifted; days passed and i was sure 100% i selected them because i checked it several times but on christmass i recieved the notification of the ban, i was about to stop playing tf2 so i didn't replyed back to the staff and this just made me to quit playing faster. A year passed and i was still banned but had some personal issues so i didn't replyed back again, now is the time to ask for an unban because i knew and know the rules of the secret santa, on 2018 was really cool and i still remember that good year and i want to live something like that again so please, do i still have a chance? i don't like to be banned for a silly bug 2 years ago and if i need to do something for this unban i will do it. Have a nice day and i will be waiting an answer
