So to explain, recently there has been some sort of rise in ref recently, and this can mean hoarding ref as much as possible. Yeah, sucks -
Hello, It appears that the key may not be tradable because either you bought it through the mann co store (the in game store) or the steam market. Which has a 1 week trade lock so that people don’t bot them or scam others. There is a specific date when you can trade these keys, so make sure to check the description on the key. Demonstrated on the photo.
