well here is the topic I am from Argentina and in my country the prices of the games are quite low due to inflation, my question is If I exchange a game for keys in its respective section of scrap.tf, will Steam let me or give me an error due to the difference in prices between Argentina and the USA? Or would there be no problem since it's a trade, and the game is handled as an item and not a direct gift?
