Hello, I believe owner of Scrap.tf and marketplace.tf are same. However if I am wrong forgive me. So few month ago, I was banned from marketplace on my key purchase try attempt. I was wondering and opened a support ticket and they said that I was accused for scammer. I understand why I looked superstitious, and I told them okay, I will get more rep. Two month later, I got more level on steam by crafting (level 9), more friends (17 friends), more playtime (150 hours) and more rep from trade. Also, my backpack value have jumped up a lot. Therefore I opened a ticket two weeks ago if I am eligible for ban appeal. However, I have feeling their ignoring my ticket since they normally reply within a 3 days.
