Because some people check the key banking frequently, and buy them whenever these are available. If scrap.tf was buying keys for 30 refined and selling for 30.11 refined, the bot would be filled with keys because the market sells these for less, but another problem would show up: the overstock limit is invisible to regular users.In my opinion, underpriced keys on scrap.tf are better than overpriced ones.
