I have got technical experience with source ban because i had a CS1.6 and CSS server (long time ago). I love playing TF2. I am quite fair to all people except spammer and hacker. I learn the ropes smart and quick. I got a fast 25k cable internet connection. And besides: i prefer butts they wiggle :-p
