Its happening to almost everyone, its not on scrap.tfs side so their is nothing they can do every 2-3 months steam will send bad codes to scrap.tfs bot so they can't confirm the url only thing u can do is wait a few minutes or a few hours and try again you will be able to get it working sooner or later

Just heads up everyone is getting invalid trade url's again today i think you fixed it for us yesterday now it started again
