Noob questions ahead:
Hey guys, sadly i've quit TF2 and my addiction has moved on to CSGO. I've turned just about everything in my TF2 backpack into 19 Refined metal. I understand this isn't that much.

I'd like to turn this into as much Steam Cash as possible in order to purchase CSGO skins, but I don't have paypal.
What's the best way to turn 19 Refined metal into as much steam cash as possible?
Should I just buy one key with the metal, and sell the key on the community market? Or is there something better I can do?
