DocVonSucrose Posted January 18, 2017 Report Share Posted January 18, 2017 I recently won an auction, and whilst attempting to turn in my bid, I got the notification that the trade required verification through the Authenticator. The last time I used the Desktop (Not mobile, I don't have mobile) Authenticator, it closed down, or appeared to. Now when I try to open it, it says "Another instance of this app is already running", even though I can't access it. Windows Task Manager also doesn't see it, but trying to run it from there also has no effect. If I can't confirm this, it'll be the second time an Authenticator problem prevented me from turning in my bid, and it will result in my second auction ban. Please help. Link to comment
