Method of Mass-Hatching Eggs

This is mainly for Lady Corrin, however this also applies to all you Shiny-Hunters like me who spend hours grinding eggs for shinies. What would be the better method: hatching all 5 eggs at once, depositing them, then getting 5 new eggs, and rinse and repeat, or once you have all 5 eggs, once you hatch 1, switch it for another egg with the breeder, and keep doing this every time you hatch one? Personally, I feel like they go at around the same speed, but I'm not too sure.
