Hat prices on Scrap.tf

Not sure if any of you have noticed, but for some reason, the bots on Scrap.tf have been recently buying unique/vintage items for 0.22 ref less than before, and selling for 0.22 ref than the average price. This is a bit strange to me because before, it was a 0.11 ref difference in buying/selling, which made sense, so they could keep the website running. But I find making most unique items worth 1.11 ref rather than 1.22/1.33 a bit excessive, especially since they'll sell it back to you for 1.44 ref. Every bit of scrap counts in trades. If someone could tell me why this is happening, that would be greatly appreciated.

How do you think admins are making profit? If you are experienced trader you would know that you always buy for 0.11-0.22 less and sell for 0.11-0.22 more. It's called trading

As I said above, I acknowledge that they need to make a profit. I just find the new 0.11 ref excessive.

 

What I really want to know is why did they make the change now?
