I have an unusual, and have no idea what to do with it.

This was waay back, probably around December 2016

 

My 9 year old cousin bought a key, because he saw his older brother buying one(for items and cosmetics), and even though we told him not to, and that it's a stupid idea to use it on a crate, he did, and he got an Unusual Crocleather Slouch w/ Miami Nights.

 

I was looking at his inventory about 2 weeks ago, and saw it, and freaked. He didn't notice that he got something like that. I told him, and he freaked too. The thing is, he can't sell it on the market, and he doesn't have a phone to make trades quickly, so he traded it to me.

 

But what should I do? Should I just hope to sell it on the marketplace, or should I trade for keys? The thing about keys is that, I'd probably make a loss, as in India(where I live) games are awkwardly cheap...on account of the currency value(and inflation).
