If a weapon, is worth 25.73 ref but has a 1.5 key and 3.5 keys as well as a 15.33 ref strange parts  can you sell it for 4 keys and not be called a scammer? And would it be a 2 key discount? -I'm new to trading and would like to get into it.

Nope, you can't sell that for 4 keys, you'd get called a scammer and/or get laughed at.

 

I'm guessing that it's your Strange Spec. KS. Loch-n-Load.

 

Those 25.74 Refs are the price WITH the strange parts. So those 3 Strange Parts add around 11 Refs to the normal price of a Strange Spec. KS. Loch-n-Load, which is around 14 Refs.

An item is never the sum of it's part. You can sell strange parts for maybe a tenth of their normal value, if they're applied to a weapon, but i usually sell them for a twentieth only just to get em sold faster.
