What are peak hours for scrap?

It feels like a silly question to ask, but I haven't been paying too much attention to the times when I've been hit by longer queues for craft hats. I'm  mainly asking because I think I should be timing my auctions to end in that time frame so more people feel like they have a shot at having the winning bid. Apparently most people feel indifferent to an auction if lasts a full day but ends at midnight. Who could have guessed that?

I sell things a lot and the times that sell the most is between 10:00 and 2:30 Pacific standard Time. But I mostly sell festives and different items might have different peek hours
