Scariest Opponent to Face?

What is, in your opinion, the absolute scariest kind of opponent to face in TF2 1v1?

I'd say, the perfect spy is harder than the heavy with the medic because if the spy is good with the ambassador, he can be totally unpredictable and can kill when he's close or away from you, while if the heavy doesn't have über on him, he can be killed with a charged headshot
