Have you ever regretted deleting something?

So everyone has heard of the ghostly Gibus and the cheater's lament right? I've always wondered if those two are giftgrapable, why am I asking that? I deleted my Gibus long ago when I used to be a f2p and the cheater's lament looks cool with other cosmetics, so guys could you help me or give me some evidence about this?
