why so much bots in raffles?

Recommended Posts

You're not the only one who thinks that.

They are not "bots" but people who want their privacy when winning.

Honestly there needs to be another way to block out all these bots in these raffles... block multiple accounts coming from the same ip ect... that would make it alot more fair lol

Those are people with Privacy on. You'd know that if you actually took like 3 minutes of your time to look through your settings and such.

Jesse has been banning bots for a long time. And if you have seen any of the honeypot raffles, you'd see that there aren't a lot of bots. Last honeypot raffle only got like 2-3 bots, out of thousands of people who were on the site.

So no, no such thing as "so much bots in raffles"

Well, any bots that aren't terribly programmed with be able to recognize the words 'DO NOT JOIN THIS RAFFLE' so I'm pretty sure that there are likely more bots than what it seems; besides
some people abuse the system by only joining certain raffles with bots, such as, when a legit unusual raffle is seen, they might only have their bots join that raffle

I'm aware of that, but again, Jesse has been banning a lot of bots behind the scenes, so even if they're either of the cases you described, chances are, Jesse already has dropped the Ban Hammer on them.
