Why is the site down so much?

I have been on here for well over a month now and i haven't been able to use this site ONCE. I just want to know why this/steam is always down.

its steams fault, not the site's fault.

Scrap.tf is down all day every day eastern time. I can only trade midnight to early morning. It isn't steam because all region status will be green, I can trade with other sites, even Backpack.tf updates my backpack each time I refresh but, scrap.tf claims Its "down". Steam isn't down nearly every day during daylight nor for hours.

Your wrong. Do you even know how the site works? This site bot inventories are always full and the website then shows "Trading is bad" thing in the website home.  It is always happening every day, every hour. Even i get frustrated with all these trade failures.They need to make more new bot accounts to remove the backpack limits, so their bots wont be full.
