The difference between an item in weapons and items

I look at the weapons and the items shop, and in weapons sun on a stick is 0.5 scrap. In items though, there is one worth 40.33 refined and one worth 7.33 refined. Is there any difference between the three things? If not, why are the prices so different?

They are different because of their quality. There is unique quality (these are like common weapons you get from the item drop system), the vintage sun on a stick you got if it was "pre-mann economy update" so since there are less of these, they are rarer and the genuine sun on a stick's you got from playing a certain game which must of been fairly common considering how low the price of it is
