Trying to accurately value an unusual

2 days ago I opened my first cosmetic case and got an unusual. Crazy, right? Well, I have to wait to the 20th to trade it. I was wondering how much it could possibly be worth selling it for. It is a Gen 1 Unusual, but a 2020 winter case hat.

If you look at backpack.tf you can see that the circling heart effect is valued at about 100 keys on average (Unusual Effect Pricelist - backpack.tf) and you can also see that people are willing to pay up to 50 keys for a cloud nine professional's pom pom (Cloud 9 Professional's Pom Pom - backpack.tf). The cloud nine effect is similar to circling heart, so you can use that as a good base. I would probably say that a circling heart professional's pom pom would be worth about 60-70 keys maybe even up to 80 if you can find the right buyer.
