Mr.Humbleton
I'm wondering about the logistics of rejecting a bid. Can the auctioneer cherry-pick bids? Is it universally an accepted procedure to cancel a winning bid because they don't like the item or it's not what they had in mind? Link to comment
Moderator Loki, The Zoroark Posted January 7, 2022 Moderator Report Share Posted January 7, 2022 The auctioneer has the right to reject any bid as long as it isn't systematically doing so ( like to cancel the auction/impose in it an artificial minimal value higher than the set minimal bid) or in rare cases doing it with explicitly discriminatory intent.
