Just a bit concerned about another ban for making it a guessing game

 

if I make the answer something that only people who played a specific game would understand, would that be allowed?

That would be classified as a guessing game I'm afraid, unless the game is specifically TF2, or this specific something can actually be found by googling (wiki, a YT walkthrough, etc).
Off topic, in regards to your closed raffle, I believe that if you made it clear the answer was the milkman set, both in the solution and maybe a little hint to it in the raffle message (like mentioning the word "set") it would have been fine.
Also make sure to clarify your format, I assumed correctly that "the" wasn't included in the weapons names, but for all I knew I could have been wrong, and I can see people trying to answer including the full weapon names. It's the little things like this that make a puzzle a "guessing game".
