Backpack.tf isn't working for me

Hello.

I would like to start by saying that I have been using backpack.tf for a good while now, and up until just yesterday, have not had such an inconvenience relating to the site.

Every time I try to start up backpack on my computer, all I see is this:

The same thing happens when I try to boot up the backpack forums.

I tried using the windows diagnostics, but to no success.

I also tried doing the same thing on my phone, and it wouldn't let me in either.

I looked at backpack's seemingly official twitter, and they didn't say anything recently about their servers.

Are the servers down?

Has anyone else had this problem?

can anyone with knowledge of what's happening reach out to me about what's going on?
