[Can't withdraw items]

I have had this problem for a while now (since last christmas event), but now it's preventing me from entering for raffles so I want to have it fixed.

I have 2 items stuck in my site inventory and when I try to withdraw them, it just says prepare trade but nothing is being done (see image).

I want to withdraw my secret santa gifts and be able to enter raffles again.

Anyone who knows how to fix this?

[Hat trade bots]

Almost all hat trade bots have their backpack full, what happened?? Or is there something wrong with the bots??
