[Pinned Parts blocking Open Tabs]

I stumbled upon this earlier, but it appears that the about page is bugging the user drop-down. It is ducked behind the objects it shouldn't be (and thusly greyed out) and is totally unclickable. This is by no means a fatal bug, just an inconvenience. Should be a simple HTML reordering. Let me know if anyone sees the same thing.
