Before submitting a ticket:
- This is not the place for Marketplace.TF support or questions about the Steam Desktop Authenticator!
- You should look around the help and support archive because it most likely will aid you. In it you can see solved threads made by other users that might be experiencing the same as you.
- We have a tag system now! These will help you get a general idea about what the issue is about in the threads that can be found in the archive. You also can use the forum's search function to find threads which have that tag!
- Your auction won't be closed and your bids won't be rejected! So please refrain from submitting any tickets regarding that.
- Any bugs shall go to the bugs section of the forum
- Bug reports about auctions shall be posted in the auctions bug thread instead
- Provide a title which describes your issue! Remember that it should give the supporters a general idea of your issue instead of having the whole error message (if any) as the title!
Always provide a detailed explanation in the description. Barely providing any information isn't gonna help us, including you, to resolve the issue! You always should state:
- The error/issue that you are experiencing, including the error message that you get. Screenshots will be appreciated.
- What were you doing when you experienced said issue. If you were trying to trade, then you should say what items you were trying to buy or sell and provide your trade offer URL (for example).
- Be nice and respectful to the supporters! Remember that we are here to help you, not for you to yell at us! Disrespecting them will get your ticket closed and will earn you a warning or a ban.
- You must first check the help center and take a look at the FAQs, then check our announcement because they almost always contain the answer about your issue!
