    Why does the Steam Desktop Authenticator return 'General Failure', whenever I input my number in?

    Even though you guys do not provide support for SDA, I would like to quickly ask a brief question. I have removed my mobile authenticator from Steam, so I can reinstall the SDA. When I reinstall, do I delete all my SDA files including the maFiles?
