Scrap.tf's skin pricing is dumb

Oh okay then -
Do I don't know the pricing here works, but I'm not sure if they are doing a good enough job. Other sites such as backpack.tf already skins consistently priced while scrap does not. My Strange Field tested Merc Stained grenade launcher is worth a key on bp.tf but isn't priced on scrap. Again, I do not know how the pricing here works, so if someone can tell me what's the deal with that, I'd appreciate it.
