2am food cravings

So I discovered this fabulous site like 3 days ago. Did everything I had to do to be able to trade. I do know that if I want to trade I have to wait 7 days but what if I want to make a raffle? Do I still have to wait or nah? Sorry if this is not posted in the right section. Thanks for answering :)!
