So I have a FN skin that says that it's a "Loaner" and that it can't be traded or sold even though it can. Does this glitch increase the value of this skin?

I tried adjusting the price a few days ago, but because idk what I'm doing, it got rejected. It is a real problem. I tried making a raffle to also get the word out.
