Hello everyone.
I'm currently trying to cut down on mine. It's kind of harmless compared to other types of addictions, yet I use my computer far too much. To the point where I stay up until three to four in the morning because of it.
I even find myself wanting to be on the computer more and more as time goes on, it doesn't help that I tend to not have any motivation to do anything sometimes.
Has anyone ever dealt with something like this before? If so and you are willing to share, what did you do to fix/lower the problem?
By the way, the definition of addiction is "the fact or condition of being addicted to a particular substance, thing, or activity."
The definition of obsession is "the state of being obsessed with someone or something."
