You need the screenshot of the error and that one with you in the queue showing the  bot's name. You also need the auction link and your trade URL

Also, you know you bidded over 90 items, right? Next time bid keys instead of metal, believe me, it helps

[Auction Bugs Megathread]

So yesterday I won the auction by bidding some of metal, like 102.66 ref. I did try to finish the bid, but I have an "issue with Steam" error. So, I CAN'T finish bid at all, 3 hours left, and I don't know what to do

Also, the bot is overstocked and this is may be the problem.
