Why scrap.tf decrease the ref price every moment ? where 2 weeks ago bp.tf change there value 52.44–52.55 ref= 1 key to 53.44–53.55 ref = 1 key now .so why scrap.tf every moment changing and decreasing the value of ref ? what scrap.tf trying to do?
