Some websites do the steam login in a iframe (website inside website) or with their own "input field" for credentials. Thats one huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge red flag. Other red flags include the presence of a "activity board" thats clearly fake (for example with a fixed or variable delay) or with names that dont exist and/or exist but dont have trade history/items corrisponding to that, or they repeat.
