So i was crafting a prof fan o war kit then my fabricator glitched and both the item and the recipe ceased to exist apparently. I was asking in reddit for help and apparently i can ask for advice and sell it here. (I have no idea what happened but i guess this counts as a glitched item idk its somewhat useless)
